For years, that was me.
Moving between countries, cultures, and versions of myself, I carried an exhaustion that sleep couldn’t touch and an unease I had no name for. I felt adrift from myself — physically, emotionally, spiritually. The dull pain of being disconnected always in the background.
The return, wasn't a single dramatic event. Through breath, movement, and awareness, I stopped looking outside for answers and started looking within. And what I slowly discovered was that the body, when we stop fighting ourselves, can become a sanctuary. The one true home that travels with us offering refuge on our journey of life. In sum:


Today I work with people who feel disconnected — from their bodies, their peace, their sense of self. This practice is not about finding perfection of optimizing your body like a machine. It is about returning to yourself, to each moment of your life. Whether you're brand new to yoga or simply ready to come home to yourself, you are welcome here, exactly as you are.
